How often to replace filters and pads
Typical guidance. Your equipment manual comes first, and homes with pets or renovations may need it sooner.

We use a HyperVac Revolution Hybrid, a high-powered negative-air duct vacuum built in Alberta.
Protect and set up
Floor runners down, furnace off, vent covers off.
Hook up the HyperVac
We connect it to the main trunk. The whole system goes under negative pressure, so dust is pulled into the vacuum, not into your rooms.
Agitate every vent run
Air whips and brushes go down each supply and return run, and the vacuum pulls the debris out.
Clean the main trunks
Supply and return trunks get the same treatment end to end.
Clean the furnace
Blower and cabinet cleaned out.
Put it back and walk through
Covers back on, furnace back on, a final check, and we show you what came out.

Do I have to buy the Groupon first?
No. You can book direct with us at the same Groupon price and pay at the house. Booking direct also means no cut goes to Groupon. Fall and winter fill up, so book at least a month ahead.
How is duct cleaning priced?
By the whole home, because every vent and furnace gets cleaned. $65 covers up to 10 vents and 1 furnace. Each vent over 10 is $9, each furnace after the first is $25, and a high-efficiency furnace is +$25. Peter confirms the count at the house, and you pay at the visit. With a Groupon voucher, the voucher covers the $65 and the rest is paid at the house.
How do I book, and when will Peter arrive?
Pick a time online for a weekday visit at 10 AM, 1 PM or 3 PM. The 12 to 1 PM slot is kept for repairs and service calls, so call or text Peter at 403-805-8613 to book that one (any other visit can be booked that way too). Peter arrives within an hour of your booked time and calls about 30 minutes before he gets there.
What size furnace filter do I need?
The size is printed on the edge of your current filter, for example 16x25x1. Not sure? In the list, pick "Not sure" under Other size and Peter will check at the house. See how often to replace filters.
How often should the dryer vent be cleaned?
About once a year. Signs it's due: clothes need more than one cycle, or the dryer runs hot. Call or text 403-805-8613 for a price.
How long does it take?
A typical duct cleaning takes a few hours, depending on the size of the home. A dryer vent is much quicker.
